Have you ever wanted to explore questions such as… Who is the Holy Spirit? Does God heal today? How does God deal with evil in today’s world? What happens when we die? What relevance does Jesus have for our lives? How do we deal with guilt? If you would like to explore questions like these and others, then the Alpha Course is for you.
Who should participate?
Christians who want to brush up on the basics. Newcomers to the church. People interested in investigating Christianity. Couples preparing for marriage. Christians of all denominations.
The Alpha Course is presented by videos over 10 weeks. The Course opens with a casual dinner, followed by the video and small group discussions. No preparation. No homework. No requirements. No cost. This is an opportunity to learn and to share.
When?
This coming year the Alpha Course will be offered on Saturday evenings at 6:30 p.m., beginning on March 1, 2008. Each class will be about 120 minutes and is subtitled for the hearing impaired. Childcare will be offered if requested.
