Women of Faith Conference
The Women of Faith Conference comes to Washington, D.C. every year. The theme this summer is “Imagine,” based on a modern translation of Ephesians 3:20 “God can do anything, you know – far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams.”
The Speakers on August 26 & 27 are Lisa Harper, Luci Swindoll, Kim Cash Tate, Sheila Walsh, musical guests: Natalie Grant and mary mary, drama by Nicole Johnson, and special guest speaker on Friday Dr. Henry Cloud.
The Imagine conference is August 26, Friday daytime 10:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Friday evening 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. and Saturday daytime, August 27, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

When you reach the Group Leader site, click on the Find a Group button at the bottom. In the follow-on screen, type Aldersgate in the Name/Keyword box. This will call up our group. Click on Aldersgate UMC, which will take you to the “front page” with group information and my picture. Below the picture is a Join Group button. Click it to bring up the sign-up form.
Scholarships Available
Again this year it has been made possible to offer a scholarship ticket program. You may nominate yourself or someone else for a scholarship to attend by submitting the confidential scholarship application below.
