Below are links to important information regarding the 2010 Jeremiah Project mission weeks. All participants need to download and complete all of the forms. Return completed forms to the Director of Youth Ministries, Andrew DiAntonio, BEFORE the week of your trip. There is a drop off envelop next to his office door on the staff hallway near the pastor's office.
