ALDERSGATE & COVID-19
These are challenging and uncertain times we live in. We as staff and church leaders desire to keep you and your family’s best interests and well-being in mind. Let’s all be in prayer, asking God to guide us through the days and weeks ahead.
In response to COVID-19 and in order to protect our community and help slow the spread of the virus, we are worshiping online with a limited number of people present for in-person worship. While registration is no longer needed to attend an in-person worship service, we do require masks to be worn by all attending.
For additional information, please check the Guidelines for worship
Online Giving Info: It will be important for each of us to continue to give as we are able. Please plan to give online and set up a recurring donation if possible. Your gifts will ensure that we pay our employees, who will be working from home most of the time. You can give online here.
Mission Opportunities: We will be touching base with our mission areas and will be sending a notification about ways we can do all the good we can here with our neighbors and in the community, so stay tuned for more information.
Congregational Care: If you or someone you know is in need, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact one of the pastors.
Join us online for worship on Facebook this Sunday at 9:30 a.m. May God be with those grieving, suffering, providing care and compassion, and give peace to all of us through the days ahead. As Jesus has said, Be Not Afraid. Amen.
You can also watch the live-streamed service on our YouTube page and on the website.
