When a young person is struggling, knowing where to turn can make all the difference.
Join us for an important evening offering insight into the current state of adolescent mental health. We will have practical resources available from our local community, tools that can help families navigate effective mental health treatment, and a Q&A with community leaders that will create space for honest questions and meaningful conversation.
As adolescent mental health concerns continue to rise, too many young people and families are left searching for answers and support. Mental illness does not discriminate, and no family should have to navigate it alone.
We are grateful to support St. Mark’s UMC, located in Manassas, as we host this workshop designed to educate, equip, and connect young people, parents, caregivers, and our community with trusted information and meaningful resources. It is free and open to all!
