If the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) closes the Federal Government, the church office

will close and ALL activities/events at the church will be cancelled.

If Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) cancels school, all scheduled children's

and youth activities will be cancelled.

NOTE: The Aldersgate Day School has its own policy which closely follows FCPS. Find out more here.​

If the Senior Pastor decides to close Aldersgate due to weather, the Receptionist or Executive Director

will contact all event leaders to notify them of the closure.

An announcement will be placed on the church website and posted to Facebook.

Out of an abundance of care for everyone's safety, when the facility is closed, we ask that all

activities pause and that no one be on the premises.
