What you can expect as a guest at Aldersgate...

When you visit Aldersgate, you can expect to be welcomed as a guest not a visitor.

You can expect a diverse range of music from traditional to contemporary;

the one thing our music has in common is quality.

You can expect us to treat scripture like we expect God to speak through it to us today.

You can expect worship that is relevant but rooted in the ancient faith.

You can expect preaching that is compelling and urgent.

You can expect us to celebrate Communion (Eucharist, Lord’s Supper) joyfully,

for as our founder John Wesley said, in some mysterious way Jesus really is present to us in this meal and, through it, he changes our hearts one bite and sip at a time.

You can expect your children to be treated as if they were first in God’s’ Heart- because Jesus said they are.

They are welcome in worship with you or can stay in the nursery during worship.

Ask an usher, greeter or pastor if you have any questions.

Fill out the Connections Card or visit the Welcome Desk when you enter the worship space

and make sure we get your email so we can answer any questions you might have.

Better yet, let us know you’re coming:
