UNITED WOMEN IN FAITH EVENT
Saturday, November 9th | 9:00am - 2:00pm
Aldersgate UMC (Churchwide)
This year's United Women in Faith (UWF) Christmas Market will be on Saturday, November 9th, from 9am - 2pm. The whole church and community are invited, so mark your calendars. There will be something for everyone and a great place to get a jump start on your holiday shopping. All money raised at the Christmas Market will go to missions and charities supported by the Aldersgate UWF.
Frozen Casserole Sale
Elizabeth Circle is sponsoring the sale of frozen casseroles at the Christmas Market. If you would like to prepare any of your favorite recipes (no desserts or seafood) for the event, you can pick up a pan and blank recipe card (including complete instructions) any Sunday during Fellowship Time throughout the month of October. Frozen casseroles will be collected in Wesley Hall on Friday, November 8th, from 10am-1pm. Please contact Shirley Burgett at saburgett@gmail.com or 703-780-7966 with any questions.
White Elephant & Collectibles Sale
Esther Circle needs your treasures that you are willing to part with to be sold at this year's market. Donations can be dropped off in the Guback Center on Thursday, November 7th, from 4-7pm, and Friday, November 8th, from 9am-4pm. Please enter at Door 7. PLEASE NO CLOTHES OR BOOKS. Calling All Bakers!
All cooks and bakers are invited to prepare homemade baked goods and preserves for the Ruth Circle Baked Goods Sale. Bags and ties are available in Wesley Hall during Fellowship Time on Sundays throughout the month of October. Please package the goodies in small quantities, mark them as "Bake Sale," and deliver them to Wesley Kitchen on Friday, November 8th, from 9am-5pm. "Hostess gift" items are welcome, too. Please Donate Your Once-Loved Jewelry
Lydia Circle is collecting once-loved jewelry, hats, handbags, and scarves, and will be selling them in Founders Hall. If you have any of these items to donate, please drop them off at the church in the basket next to the Receptionist desk by Door 3 through October 30th.
Faith Cafe
Lunch will be served from 11:00am - 1:30pm on the day of the Christmas Market. We will be serving Chick-Fil-A sandwiches, nuggets, veggie wraps, and assorted chips and drinks.

Pick up a yard sign in Wesley Hall Sunday, November 3rd, to help spread the word about the Christmas Market. Return the yard sign in Wesley Hall on Sunday, November 10th.
